What's the difference between listing and full management?

Listing means we market your property and handle bookings — you manage the rest. Full management means we handle everything: guest communication, check-ins, cleaning, maintenance, and monthly reporting. Most owners start with listing and upgrade.

Can I list for both short-term and long-term rentals?

Yes. We manage both. Many owners run short-term vacation rentals during high season and switch to long-term monthly tenants in the off-season. We handle the transition and coordinate accordingly.

What is the Private Owner Page and Social Media Engine?

Full Estate clients get a private branded page for their property — shareable with guests or agents — plus a managed social media presence that markets your listing on Instagram and Facebook. We create content, schedule posts, and grow your visibility.

How do I get paid and when?

Owner payouts are sent monthly via bank transfer or wire. You receive a detailed income statement showing all bookings, revenue, deductions (cleaning, maintenance, our fee), and net payout — before the money hits your account.

Do I need to be on the island?

No. Most of our clients are remote owners — expats, investors, or vacationers who use their property occasionally. Our team handles everything in person. You monitor via the owner dashboard from anywhere in the world.

Are there long-term contracts?

No. All packages are month-to-month. We keep clients by delivering results, not by locking them in. Cancel with 30 days notice, no penalty.
